1. Introduction

Since 1940 Sacmar produces essential oils and raw materials for the flavour industry. With more than 1.000 of flavours created over the years for the food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and oral hygiene industries, Sacmar has grown to be one of the highest ranked producer in the market.

For Sacmar MOST has created a dynamic Brand, that reflects the changes and the growth that the company has gone through the years, expanding its portfolio and reaching new markets.

2. Logo construction

Sacmar has always blended the precision of technology with the creativity of their herbalists. In the same spirit, the new logo seamlessly weaves together bold, straight lines with graceful, flowing curves—creating a dynamic, perpetual motion that pushes the brand toward the future.

3. Brand pillars

A single droplet descends, dispersing its fragrance in every direction with rippling concentric waves.

The gradients were designed as a conceptual and visual extension of Sacmar’s brand identity, crafting a coherent yet diverse imagery.

4. Flavour kaleidoscope

Flavor kaleidoscopes are a central and highly adaptable element of Sacmar’s brand identity. They serve as striking key visuals or dynamic backgrounds, enriching marketing materials and digital platforms with depth and visual sophistication.

These kaleidoscopes are crafted by blending gradients with geometric patterns inspired by the Sacmar logo. The process begins with the logo’s letters, where an offset path generates bold, solid shapes. These shapes are then duplicated and rotated around a central axis to form intricate geometric patterns, combining filled and open spaces.

To enhance the design, two gradients are applied: one to the background and another to the shapes, creating an interplay of light and dark tones for a vibrant and captivating effect.

5. Icon design

The icons feature a clean, geometric, and minimalistic design, ensuring a modern and cohesive visual language. Their simplicity allows them to communicate effectively while maintaining a sense of elegance and versatility.

Designed to be used in monochrome, these icons seamlessly adapt to a wide range of applications, from digital interfaces and printed materials to presentations and packaging. This uniform approach enhances brand consistency, making the icons instantly recognizable and visually harmonious across various contexts, regardless of scale or medium.
